It is a very touching song that fits completely with the drama's plot and its protagonist's feelings at that time. JIN had a sequel on 2011 with a different theme song (Itoshiki hibi wo by Ken Hirai) that kind of complement's MISIA's song in the way that it depicts the protagonist's evolution and the series turn of events. If you ever run into this drama don't hesitate on giving it a chance, it is a beautifully done and complex story that portrays Japan's old traditional days on a fine way.
